Cafe launch for the Riverfront

After having a franchise operation in place for the café and bar in The Riverfront for the last six years, The Riverfront has now taken over and is being officially re-launched on 23 June 2011.

 

The café menu has been revamped and a breakfast menu and children’s menu introduced. The food will remain high quality, mostly home-made, use natural products that are locally sourced and organic where possible. The menu will also cater for many dietary needs including vegetarian and vegan. The menus will be downloadable from the café section on the home page of The Riverfront website www.newport.gov.uk/theriverfront from the day of the launch.

 

As well as daily specials there will also be a number of special offers each day including a Friday Curry Club, hot drink and cake deals, student discount and free Wifi Access. The Riverfront Café on the ground floor and the first floor bar has acquired more seating and has a wide selection of bottled beers and lagers, wines and spirits to suit all tastes.

 

The bar is open every evening (Monday to Saturday) and is not just for customers attending shows or events at The Riverfront, it is open to everyone! The Riverfront Café will be relaunched on 23 June 2011 with a number of special offers throughout the day.
