World class snooker makes a return to the city centre this Spring. The Newport Centre is hosting the annual Welsh Open which runs from the 11th -17th February.

| The line up includes esteemed players such as Stephen Hendry, Matthew Stevens Mark Williams, Steve Davies and Ronnie O’Sullivan. They’ll be battling it out throughout the week to lift the Welsh Open title at the final on Sunday 17th Feb. The opening rounds see players competing in the best of 9 frames and runs throughout the day and evening and fans have the choice of sessions to attend. |

Nb. The Riverfront Car Park has closed due to the city’s redevelopment. However 350 places are available at the Granville Street car park opposite as well as the Queensway. If coming into the city by car, please leave plenty of time to park up.
